Julie is passionate about promoting health in her clients’ lives, helping them regain balance so that they can live their lives fully and with new awareness. She has been working in the field of alternative healing for the past decade and has cultivated a unique and holistic style that draws on her diverse training and experience. In 2003, Julie left her corporate job to become a full-time yoga instructor. She soon moved to beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico to pursue further education and experience in the alternative healthcare profession.  Over the next several years, Julie completed a massage and craniosacral program at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts, earned a Masters of Science in Oriental  Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College, and set up a holistic bodywork and acupuncture practice.

After moving back to the Boston area in 2009, Julie has further deepened her practice by receiving Reiki training (Usui Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki Master),  learning the highly effective acupuncture style of Dr. Richard Teh-Fu Tan and studying under Master Herbalist Sharon Weizenbaum.

Being able to help her clients regain health and balance in their lives is a great honor. Julie considers her clients to be among her greatest teachers, who continually deepen her compassion, and strengthen her ability as a practitioner to assist them in enjoying life in good health.
