Yoga

Julie is currently available for private yoga sessions. She has been teaching yoga since 2003 and received her 200 hours of training through O2 Yoga Studio of Somerville, MA. She has a sound knowledge of yoga foundations, proper alignment and modifications to postures. Her creative sequencing style focuses on movement in connection to breath. Julie teaches to all ages and levels of ability.
